This is Class 1 in a 4-class series covering the basic physical postures (asana) and prostrations. Each week will emphasis a direction of mobility for the spine. Various breathing techniques (pranayama) will be presented and practiced. Introduction to basic postures with emphasis on Forward Folding. Sama Vritti and Ujjai Pranayama.
