MEDITATION
The teacher will lead one through various concentration and meditation techniques. Visualization and some simple movement may be included. Practices are done seated so make sure you find a comfortable seated position either in a chair or on the floor. If seated on the floor it is helpful for most to have the hips a little higher than the knees.
